The New Central Leaseholders’ Action Group is currently responsible for the personal information collected through this site. When the Tenants’ Association is formally constituted, responsibility for the membership records will transfer to the Association and members will be informed accordingly.

• record and verify your support for establishing a Tenants’ Association;
• verify qualifying leaseholder/member status;
• communicate with you about the formation and activities of the Association;
• maintain appropriate membership/support records; and
• where necessary, demonstrate qualifying membership or support when seeking or maintaining formal recognition.
Our lawful basis for this core processing is legitimate interests. Our legitimate interest is organising and administering an association through which qualifying leaseholders at New Central can collectively represent their interests and, where appropriate, seek formal recognition.
Access to your personal information will be limited to authorised members responsible for membership and administration. Where necessary, limited information may be shared with the landlord/freeholder, managing agent, First-tier Tribunal or other relevant authority for the purposes of establishing or maintaining recognition. We will only share information reasonably necessary for that purpose.
We will retain your personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and will periodically review the information we hold.
You have rights under UK data protection law, including rights of access and correction and, where applicable, erasure, restriction and objection. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
